What Sets Our THRIVE Leadership Programmes Apart?

Built using behavioural science & 20+ years of experience in leadership. THRIVE is practical, implementable & impact focussed. This isn’t your average leadership programme. The Institute of Leadership (IoL) independently verified and accredited our programmes, calling them “world-class” in the process. Upon completion of our programmes, each learner becomes a member of the IoL and receives a certificate of achievement and post nominal letters.

Read on to explore the main differences our THRIVE programmes bring:

  • To create our 3 THRIVE programmes we drew on our expertise in human behaviour and psychology, and backgrounds in leadership development and adult learning.

    The result: evidence-based programmes that introduce the learners to neuroscience and behavioural theory without being overwhelming. They will leave with a better understanding of themselves and how to support and impact those they work with.

  • We know every individual is unique, and a one size fits all approach doesn't work. That's why all the learners on our programmes start off their journey with an INSIGHTs psychometric profile and a 1:1 coaching session. This helps them better understand themselves and their goals for the programme. It also allows the facilitator to tailor each session to the individuals needs.

  • We know the power of coaching. That's why we use it in 3 ways across our programmes:

    1) Coach the learner in 1:1 and group coaching sessions to support unique needs, deepen and embed learning.

    2) We develop coaching skills in each learning so that they can draw on this tool to develop themselves and those they work with.

    3) Peer Coaching: each of our learners is buddied up at the start of the programme to practise their coaching skills and hold another accountable for their success.

  • Often, leadership programmes fall flat on their face because they don't "adequately account for the culture, norms and system within which the learner is working" (HBR)

    We do.

    For each of our programmes we work through a deep discovery process to understand the organisation and how we can make learning land.

    We also use our expertise in human behaviour to build an eco-system around the programme in the form of action learning, peer coaching and social learning. This enables us to scaffold the learning and reinforce skills throughout the journey.

    The result- learning that drives true, lasting behaviour change and ends in results.

We recognised the needs our clients were bringing to us (both individual & organisational) as well as major gaps in the market in terms of accessibility for all people of all levels of experience. So we stepped up to provide that tailored support.

In-House or Open Programme?

We deliver THRIVE in two ways, and both have an array of benefits. If you are unsure of the best fit for your people and organisation then book in a call with our Co-Founder, Jess, she will happily help you figure out the most impactful plan to meet your needs.

  • We will partner with you to tailor the content to your people's needs through an in-depth discovery process, meeting your people and business where it's at to maximise the impact of the programme. But we don't stop there, we know the importance of solid evaluation. You might say 'the proof is in the pudding' but we follow up with an impact report for you to showcase that you investing your money in your people is the right thing to do.

  • Our open-cohort programmes are your best fit. We deliver these programmes virtually and you will benefit from meeting a cross-section of managers/leaders from all different sectors, coming together to learn with AND from each other. Leaving you with a lasting support network.
